Downloading Difficulties
For difficulty in downloading, try:
There are more than one download links on the download page - try another one.
Right click and choose Save Target As. (This can help if you get a message that your browser doesn't have a plug-in.)
Download at a different time of day.
Compare size of downloaded file against size shown on download page.
Downloading on a slow connection shared by several users can be very slow - considering running the download over night or when other users are offline.
Discuss the problem with your system administrator or Internet service provider.
Use a computer of a friend or one at a cybercafe.
Have a friend download, copy to a CD, and mail to you.
Note: If you connect to Internet using proxy server these settings will be automatically used by the download utility.
If the download occurs instantly, try:
Choose View | Refresh and try again.
Choose Tools | Internet Options | Delete Files and try again.
Wait a day for your service provider to update its cache and try again.
Ask your network administrator or service provider how to bypass the cache and get the actual file that is on our web site.
For difficulty in installing, try:
Download again.
Install on another computer to insure that there are no problems on your primary computer.
This site is hosted by one of the largest web site hosting services running multiple T3 fiber-optic connections. If you can't connect or can't complete a download, the problem is more likely at your end or a general Internet slowdown.
