Acetal Sheet
Acetal (delrin) sheet is used for:
- Food industry
- Wear surfaces
- Guitar picks
- Toy parts
- Electrical insulators
- Etc.
Acetal sheet can be cut by laser but is more often punched, milled or formed directly by injection molding.
Acetal sheet at 1/4 inch thickness is approx. 1.73 lb per sq. ft or 0.012 lb per sq. in.
