Analyzer
Before ordering you will need to run the analyzer to check your design. The analyzer is a very sophisticated expert system that provides all kinds of feedback about your design. It's like having a machine shop owner sitting next to you. The analyzer produces two types of messages - warnings and errors.
To run the analyzer:
- Select Job | Price/Analyze.
- Select a price/time option from those offered.
- Review the warnings and errors in the right sidebar.
- You can try a different price/time choice and you might see a change in some of the analyzer results.
- When you have settled on a price/time choice click OK to the price dialog.
- Some errors and warnings can be clicked on so that the corresponding portion of your design will be highlighted.
- Resolve all errors and as many warnings as you can. The more warnings you resolve the more likely your job will run smoothly and on-time.
Tip: You may find it a challenge to deal with the various warning and errors. This is normal. You will soon learn to resolve the messages quickly.
