How does online ordering work?

After you download the cad software and design your part, ordering is just as easy.

1. First you issue a menu command to give a price.
2. The software automatically advises you of any manufacturing issues to be resolved.
3. You will then see a list of price and time options to choose from.
4. You then click on one of the choices and issue the order placement menu command.
5. The software shows you a summary of your order for your approval.
6. The order is then encrypted and sent to eMachineShop for processing.

Then we take over:

1. One of our engineers does a preliminary review of your order to see if the software missed any issues.
2. A second engineer reviews the job again.
3. The job is scheduled for manufacturing.
4. The parts are manufactured.
5. Then comes inspection.
6. Finally packing and shipping.

Then it's back to you, receiving the package at your door!
