Introduction
When your design is complete first check your design with the analyzer. Then you can place your order via the Internet.
You can place your order directly in one command if your environment allows applications
to send email.
To place an order using the Direct method:
- Choose Order | Place Order. A dialog
box appears.
- Check the appropriate checkboxes.
- Click Send to place your order.
If a firewall or anything else prevents using the above direct method use the indirect method.
To place an order using the Indirect method:
- Choose Order | Place Order. A dialog
box appears.
- Check the appropriate checkboxes.
- Click Make Order File to create an
encrypted file containing your design.
- Using any email program, email the encrypted file as an attachment
to ordroot at emachineshop.com with subject "ems Order" (without the quotes).
If even the indirect method cannot be completed do the following:
To place an order directly from the design file:
- Choose Job | Settings | Payment and remove any credit card information since your file will not be encrypted by this method.
- Using any email program, email the .ems file as an attachment
to ordroot at emachineshop.com with subject "ems Order" (without the quotes).
- eMachineShop will look into the ordering problem and contact you for any needed information to complete your order such as credit card number and if needed, quantity and price.
Order Acknowledgment
Check that you receive an acknowledgment e-mail message within one business
day. Be sure to check that you receive the acknowledgment
email. The confirmation insures that eMachineShop received the order and
that you can receive email for and questions that may arise.
Your parts will be manufactured and shipped to you.
