PVC
can easily be milled, routed or punched, drilled, tapped, etc. Cutting
by laser is possible but less common due to toxic fumes.
At 1/4 inch thickness PVC sheet is approx. 1.69 lb per sq. ft or 0.0117 lb per sq. in.
