Price/time options
When you display job pricing you can view several combinations from less expensive
with longer delivery time to more expensive with shorter delivery time. You can
control the quantity of options shown. For example, you might want to consider no
more than 5 options.
To set the number of price/time options offered:
- Choose Edit | Preferences | Pricing.
- In Show price/time options set the
desired number of options.
- Click OK.
Price file
The Price File is a file used to store information needed to validate and price
your design. The data is updated frequently so it is recommended to update the Price
File before placing orders. There are two Price File update methods: Direct and
Indirect. If the Direct method does not work, select the Indirect method. For example,
the Direct method might not work if your PC is connected thru a firewall.
To specify a Price File update method:
- Choose Edit | Preferences | Internet
.
- Check Direct or
Indirect.
- Click OK.
HTTP proxy server
HTTP proxy server is a service used on some systems that may be needed to place
orders or download the price file. You can specify the proxy server settings obtained
from your provider.
To specify your HTTP proxy server:
- Choose Edit | Preferences | Internet
.
- Specify the server address and port. This information is available
from your network administrator or internet service provider (ISP).
Or you may be able to find this information by examining the internet
settings of other internet applications such as your browser program.
- Click OK.
If you have a Microsoft browser program installed you can import
the HTTP setting using the Import Settings button.
