Repeating
Use Line | Repeat to make multiple copies of a feature
You can have a line or group of lines repeated vertically, horizontally or in a circular pattern.
To repeat a line to the right:
- Set the numeric bar nudge value to the desired distance between copies.
- Select the line.
- On the keyboard press the left arrow, then the right arrow.
- Click the toolbar Repeat button one or more times.
To repeat a line to the left:
- Set the numeric bar nudge value to the desired distance between copies.
- Select the line.
- On the keyboard press the right arrow, then the left arrow.
- Click the toolbar Repeat button one or more times.
To repeat a line upwards:
- Set the numeric bar nudge value to the desired distance between copies.
- Select the line.
- On the keyboard press the down arrow, then the up arrow.
- Click the toolbar Repeat button one or more times.
To repeat a line downwards:
- Set the numeric bar nudge value to the desired distance between copies.
- Select the line.
- On the keyboard press the up arrow, then the down arrow.
- Click the toolbar Repeat button one or more times
To repeat a line in a circle pattern:
- Set the numeric bar rotation nudge value to the desired angle between copies.
- Select the line.
- Wait a second.
- Click on the line again to view rotation mode.
- Drag the rotation center icon to the desired center of rotation.
- Press the keyboard R key.
- Click the toolbar Repeat button one or more times
- On the keyboard press the up arrow, then the down arrow.
- Click the toolbar Repeat button one or more times

Making a matrix
You can, for example, make a matrix of 10 by 10 holes.
To make a matrix:
- Make the first row using the Repeat to the Right method described above.
- Select all the items in the first row.
- Follow the Repeat downwards method described above.
