Drawing hard to see

So I get the concept of the program and I can use it, but I can barely see my lines on the screen. Has anyone had this issue? I have searched everywhere and can't find anything to make the lines thicker or brighter. Its starting to frustrate me because I can't see what I am doing. I have tried adjusting stuff on my computer and nothing changes. Am I missing something here? Please help me, would really like to use this awesome service.

I guess I was looking for the wrong thing and I was also looking in the forum and not the FAQ. Easy fix, thanks for the help!
