Rounding edges

I am trying to add some rounded edges of about 3mm to the outside of this box. I am unable to figure it out since the box is a little different.

I understand the basic procedure. However, to make the "lip" on my box, I had to dig out under the lip with other boxes to create my desired shape. Now, I am unable to apply the rounding action to the applicable corners. I am missing a step that I do not understand. Maybe I created the part improperly and need to do it another way.

There are dozens of corners in your design - which ones do you refer to? You can use Comment lines to clarify.
