Holes close to bends

On this version I need the two holes (shown smaller) centered this close to bend.

They are just pilot holes as shown. It will be necessary to drill them out. Which I can do on assembly.

Some distortion can be tolerated if I can increase hole size to .134".

Also the U shaped cutout is nearer to bend on this one.

There are warnings over 50% on this design. Over 70% with .034 holes.

I would like it made with the larger holes, but not if the bend doesn't stay in the proper place.

Can it be bent as shown?
Can it be bent with .034 holes?

It can be bent as is or with .134 holes but there may be distortions - especially at the U cutout near the bend.

I can live with that.

I may try to have only a few with the larger hole, to see.

I guess the best way is to put both versions in on file and see how much cost goes up.

I bet a lot, as quantity would go down be half with two parts in same file.
