Rotation snap angle

I just down loaded the program. I am tring to draw the fly wheel from your online video I am having a problem with the 6 holes. when I try to nudge the holes with the L+R arrow keys the circle moves Left,right,up or down I can not get them spaced 60 degrees around the circle. I went step by step with the video also checked the help setion can't seem to figure it out.

When you click on the circle the second time do you see the rotation handles?

I am all set. I just read the important corrections and found out you have to use the L+R keys thanks.
