Given a steel pipe with an od = 8.00", id = 6.50", wall =.75", length = 6.00". Can you mill a sinusoidal curve on the inside surface with a width = .50" and a depth = .625" with the curve walls parallel to the radius? If not, is it due to the size of the piece, the location of the curve or another issue?

You are describing a specialized type of machining that we are not equipped for.
