the test worked ok, and i dont really want to mess with the video card settings -- if it looks fine to you , then we're ok! i think it may be that the middle part -the top of the arc - will be a little flat, so thats probably what im seeing.
moving ahead, it says the part is too big for mill axis, and laser cut wont work with the fornt view lines that made the radius -- any suggestions on other machines?

Yes, it looks fine to me. I would recommend to stay with Milling but change the Air Outside line to Comments To Machinist.
