Hi,

We're designing grips for a rifle manufacturer. Our *goal* can be seen here:

We need a bit of help. We're using the circle tool and setting the thickness to an arbitrary # just for testing (say, 3 inches).

We're not sure which process should be used (injection molding--?Laser?) because we can't find our material in the software. We want to use a durable plastic such as polymer but I see no such option. What would be the best alternative?

Thanks.

For material selection, please see Materials. The item at the link appears to be injection molded. If you are doing a shorter run you might use CNC turning and milling.

Alright thanks.

On a separate note, is it possible to make the grooves go up the entire circle? My goal is to create a grip surface...
