Changing shipping method

Hi there, my questions are rather simple my usage of parts, requires lowest cost of shipping rather than shortest shipping time as such, can the shipping options in your emachineshop cad software be changed/downgraded and the change reflected in price calculation?

if not, can shipping options be downgraded manually upon the placement of the order, and the new total price made known to me before the confirmation of that order?

in either case, how do i go about doing it?

If you are referring to an order not yet placed, selecting the lowest price in the price dialog will also select the lowest cost delivery method.
