Additional pre-made parts?

After designing the basic parts of lockable metal case using the software, I have hit a snag. I want to take advantage of all the services offered by emachineshop: ex welding, powder coating, but I need to have a hinge welded to the end of the metal case opposite the locking mechanism. Is there a way to have commercially available weldable hinges installed and welded? This would save me the headache of shipping the cases to a welder and then having them powder coated. I do not see a reason to spend the money machining hinges when they are readily available.
