I can't find the Gear Wizard.

Hi, my name is Isaac.

I can't find the 'Gear Wizard' under 'Tools'.
I don't have the 'Create' option under 'Tools'.

I read the forum and saw someone else with this problem but I didn't see a solution. Thanks for your help. Below is the basic configuration of my PC.

Windows Vista (32 bit)
eMachineShop Version 1.56

Please review Wizards.
