Problems with Order Fulfillment & Lack of Contact?

I placed an order 3 weeks ago that claimed an estimated '8 business days until delivery'

Not only do I not have any product, but I've had no contact from the company ever since I first made my order. I've 3 times used the 'order status' widget on this website, and each time get no email response from it.

I've tried calling eMachineShop, and noone ever answers the phone, no matter what department I try

Has anyone else had this problem?

Quick reply: After posting that last post, I finally found someone.

Person was very nice, looked up my order, told me exactly when it would be done, and made sure I had their extension for future use.

I do hope that they figure out why Customer Service / Tech Support isn't being responsive.

I apologize for the difficulty getting thru on the phones. We are extremely busy. We are working to expand our staff and hope to remedy this issue in the near future.

We retested the order status form in the sidebar of the web pages and it worked fine. It appears you may have entered a wrong email address or your system is blocking replies.
