Hey everyone, found this site and hope it can help for what I need! I'm trying to create something similar to this picture:

http://www.racksonic.com/images/product_images/kendallhoward/Vented-Economy-Shelf-2U-14inch-1906-1-010-02.jpg

with below specs:

Material 16-gauge Steel
Finish Satin Black
Dimensions 19" X 3.5" X 14"

There will be a few variations, but if I get one done, I think I can figure the rest out.

To give you an idea, I am trying to create shelves for my Server Rack. Some of the shelves have to handle less then 50lbs worth of load, while others may need to be 100lbs+

Any points on how I can do this?

thanks,

kosta
