Diamond Screw on the lathe?

I was wondering if it would be possible to machine a diamond screw, sometimes also called a yankee screw. I've attached drawings of an example. This is part of a level-wind winch.

I can't say for sure until we see a detailed drawing in emachineshop. If you want to proceed include the detail using Comments To Machinist in your order and we will advise you of pricing and feasibility.
