holes on the side of a ball

I am trying to create a round shape with drilled holes on the sides (see file). Right now, the holes are all in the same plane, but is there anyway to make them all perpendicular to the part's surface? I need the holes to all be the same depth and all be pointing in toward the center of the part.

Thanks for the quick reply. Another question: would it be possible to add knurling to the surface of this shape, or can this only be done on cylindrical shapes?

We can do knurling only on cylindrical surfaces.
