300+ tooth gear?

I'd like to make some gears with 720 teeth, but the gear wizard limits the number of teeth to 300. Is there any way to get around this? Or, could anyone give some direction as to how to design one manually?

The shape of the teeth above 300 varies minimally so you could take one of those teeth, shrink it and rotate it around the circle 720 times.
