Oval Holes in Pipe

I'm trying to create a job for boring two oval holes through a piece of 1.5" (nom) Sched 80 stainless steel pipe and then splitting the pipe lengthwise to end up with two pieces of half pipe each with two ovals bored in it.

I have a couple of questions:

(1) Once I specify the pipe as the starting point in the special materials, how do I get a revised quote?

(2) Is there some way in eMachineShop to indicate the longitudinal cut? I've tried various combinations of intersect and divide, but a simple cut doesn't show and actually splitting the halves apart causes problems with placing the oval bore-throughs.

I'll attach the .ems file for the job sans the longitudinal cut.

Please review at top of the Job | Material dialog about special materials and:

for designing shapes not supported currently.

Thanks for that help.

I assume you're saying that I should indicate the longitudinal cut with a comment to the Machinist.

I didn't see any information about getting a revised quote based upon using pipe. I'm unwilling to commit to the current cost.

Yes you should use Comments To Machinist.
