Are there any images available of the different types of finishing for plastics? I was reading about the differences between "vibratory debur" and "vibratory polish" and think I understand... but it would be nice to see a picture of what result the two give. I found one picture on the website (attached) of an example black plastic enclosure with kind of rough sidewalls and a very smooth top... is this the difference? i.e. are the sidewalls done with vibratory debur and the top done with vibratory polish?
Thanks,
James

Vibratory applies mostly to machined parts - not to [-- login to view link --] . Subtle textures are hard to show in images. The part you show is injection molded. If you need good control of finish you will need to specify injection molding (via Comments To Machinist). You can use such terms as Polished, Matte, Fine Texture, Coarse Texture.
"We were very pleased with the quality of the parts. We thought the software was very easy to use & were impressed with the whole process. The parts turned out very nice and were packaged well. We will be ordering from eMachineShop again. "
