Machine not available, but I don't understand why...

I must have screwed something up in the software. I have made these before, so I know it is doable. This is a shift knob with internal threading. There is a C'BORE hole in the bottom to clear the shaft it is threading onto. The back 30mm of the hole gets threaded M12x1.25.
The 3D looks correct...

You need to resolve "Selected line(s) must be designed by modifying existing Revolve line in Front view." and use Comments To Machinist for the [-- login to view link --] .

how will I know how much the final cost will be if I define the thread in the notes? Will I be given a final number then contacted for approval before proceeding?
