The line drawings are thin grey lines which are almost undetectable. I tried all troubleshooting suggestions. Any thoughts? Op System: Vista

Try: Edit | Preferences | Colors | Reset to Default (both buttons).

I tried that first. The line thickness isn't affected by the color. Also, once a line is designated for a machine the color for that machine is hard to notice. Basically all lines are very faint and thin. Is this the first time hearing about this?
Thanks for your input.

I have not heard of this problem before. What color is your drawing background? Did you try adjusting your video display settings like contrast?

I am also having the same problem. Toshiba Satellite L-355. I have tried all the graphic settings but no luck. Will keep investigating.....

To both of you, please describe what colors you see for the background and the drawing lines when you change the colors in preferences. Also check Help | Self Test.

The drawing is still faint grey lines. Depending if zoomed in or out you can see it a bit better sometimes and sometimes it disappears. I would think it its something to do with my computer more likely than the software. I have it installed on another computer and works fine. All settings are default. All display settings on computer are default,...

mystery!

Found it!!! when doing the self test, click "error" on the first screen. The popup box that comes up gives you an option to "Activate software (unaccelerated) rendering mode. .... activate that. Restart the software and it works.... at least for me! ... hope this helps
