Design a guitar neck?

I've only been using the eMachineShop CAD program for about a week or so and was wondering if anyone knows how to make a guitar neck. Which is flat on one side and like a hemisphere on the other - practically like half a cylinder. Any feedback will be much obliged. Thanks a lot.
