How do I make a cone?

Hello,

I am brand new to CAD software, and I'm trying to design a rubber tube that narrows (i.e. a hollow cone).

In the tutorials however, they only show how to make, say, a cylinder.

Is there a way to make a tapering diameter like a cone?

so i was looking at the material types and types of machining that can be done on then (because it seems that this dictated the 3-d cutting availability). there isn't a single material in the listed that can have more that " [-- login to view link --] , thread and tap, silk screen or weld". But when I look on the tutorial videos, I see much longer lists (i.e. aluminum 5052 in the video has laser cutting, etc...and mine doesn't have any of these additional options).

I'm using the lasted dl , version 1.62.

any idea why this would be the case?
