Can't get final price, even for included sample projects.

Hello. I've used this software and service couple of years ago. Now I decided to go back, but I'm unable to get to pricing page at all! even for included samples, I always receive a lot of warnings about machine incompatibilities, material not fitting and so on.

Should not any WORKING sample drawing be included, which will allow a customer to roughly estimate pricing of your services, to decide, is it worth to draw his project in your software?

Or maybe I'm doing something wrong?

All I do is open some sample project, then press price calculate button. Always receive huge list of machine/material incompatibilities.

Can someone provide me with some simple project, which will get me to pricing page?

Do you have software version 1.62 installed? (Check Help | About). All samples included with the software should price. Please send us any files that don't via Help | Troubleshooting feature (check "Send my design and command log") and we will find a work-around for you.

Program is of course latest available.

Also, on each startup, the program opens it's homepage in browser. Is it possible to somehow turn it off?

I emailed you a work-around.
The eMachineShop homepage is shown only on first startup for most customers. We are analyzing the problem. Do you see the homepage each time you start the CAD even if you closed eMachineShop correctly before?
