Hollow plastic cone

Hi.
I am trying to create a hollow cone out of Delrin.
I was able to create the cone, but I cannot figure out how to make it hollow.
Something like a piping bag tip.
Any ideas?

Please review our help section with regards to using the revolve tool.

Revolve worked for the outside but how do I specify the inside?
ETA:
It seems as I can either do the inside or the outside but not both.
I tried using the machine command (f5) and changing the wall angle, but that did nor work if I used the resolve option.
