Is there a problem with the program

I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. From the time I get started I get bombarded with expert notices . I download emachineshop.com every day at the liibrary computers and this problem has just started in the last couple of days. If anyone can tell me what is going on I would greatly appreciate it.

Just to try to be morer clear the expert notice feature is interfering with my drawing time
