I'm trying to create a small bowl, nothing special, but I keep getting cylinders, can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Ok, how do I specify that this needs to be stamped out, and not milled from a hunk of stainless steel? The program is estimating high price.

I've attached my work.
