Making a threaded end cap....

I want to design an object that will have a threaded end cap, can I include the end cap in the same drawing as the object body, or do I need to place a seperate order with a seperate drawing?

You have to use separate drawing. Only sheet 2D parts can be combined in one design.

One other question while I have you, can you do threaded parts with the Rapid Prototyping ABS machine?

Yes, plastic parts made with Rapid Prototype can have threaded holes/protrusions.
