I'm trying to create a plastic cover for an existing aluminum enclosure. I believe I have modeled what I want in the CAD software, but the pricing I'm getting seems abnormally high. I would expect a piece like this to be lower in quantity.
In reality I would need the material to be both self extinguishing and UV stable, can you recommend material choices for that?

If I loosen up the tolerance significantly, that seems to help the costing. Now I just need to figure out the material.
