How do I add more grooves to the circumference of cylinder?

Attached is a simple cylinder that I created. I'd like to add 13 more groves on the boarder. How can I add them and have them equally spaced apart? Also, I have added a 5mm round far edge to the grove and it shows up as round for the front view, but when in 3D mode, you cannot see the round far edge. Where did I go wrong when creating the round far edge? Thanks!

The rounding in not shown in the 3D view due to a current limitation of the CAD - notice the warning at the bottom of the 3D screen. But your part will have the rounding.
