Cheapest way to specify color

I am looking to prodcue some parts for a board game. So I would like, for example, 60 pieces (30 in white and 30 in black). Do I have to put in 2 separate orders of 30 each (expensive) or can I put in one order for 60 and ask the machinist to produce half the order in a different color, like you suggest with mirror image parts.

You can use one order with Comments To Machinist.
