Roller Skate Wheel Hub

Here is the result of the work eMachineShop did for me on these 6061 aluminum wheel hubs.

The design was based on a hub from the 80's which was originally plastic. I wanted more strength while maintaining a light weight so I used 697zz mini bearings. The design posed some challenges for myself as well as the machinist. The wheels are pictured with the original tires on them.
