I am looking to design glides for my kitchen chairs that sit on a hard tile floor. There are many companies that sell glides, but none last very long. I would like to design the glides out of some material that does not need replacing every few months. Does emachineshop offer a material that wil work for my application? I have attached a picture of what I currently use.

I know emachineshop can work with a variety of materials. I thought someone might have suggestions for my application.

Teflon would probably be a good candidate.

Can emachineshop make a product out of teflon? Do I need to be aware of any limitations? Can I attach a teflon glide to a chair using a screw?

The CAD software will answer those questions except the one about whether you can attach your part to a chair. Yes you can if you put a hole in your part.
"I did the attached drawing in under 5 minutes. Great... The drawing is very easy, intuitive, and enjoyable. I whipped up a design and got a quote in under 60 seconds!"
