I recently ordered a prototype switch plate very similar to the attached. I chamfered the 2 screw holes (as shown in the top 3D view) like a countersink bit would. When I received the part, however, the "countersink" chamfer wasn't there. I am not complaining about the part or E-machine shop's service; I am very satisfied. I am just wondering what to do to make sure that the holes get countersunk when I order the main run. Is there a way to do this with CTM? If so, what is the best way to specify size/angle? Or can this be done with the F5-"chamfer" command, as I tried before?
My prototype was done in ABS "for rapid prototyping, white." My main run will most likely be in aluminum 6061.
Thanks!

Your design is fine. It appears to be an error of some sort - we apologize for that and will remake the part if you want to return it. It should not happen again but if you want to be safe you can add to the admin comments field "Please correct error on prior order."

Thanks for the info. There's no need to remake it; I ordered it as a prototype/ test and it serves that purpose perfectly. Again, I am very impressed with E-machine shop and your service.
Thanks!

In desperation, I designed a replacement bracket using my qCAD software. When I was looking for somebody to machine it, I found your company on the Internet and downloaded your ..."
