Price File problems

Customer> I just got the software installed on my computer and I get the error message "Price file is in correct".

How do I fix that?

Delete c:\program files\emachineshop\EMS.DAT, and then choose Order | Update Price File in eMachineShop.

Under the order toolbar I don't have an update price option. Just place order, and request status

Please delete the ems.dat and restart the eMachineShop software - it will download latest pricing file automatically.

When I try to get pricing information for my design it fails with an internal error and says my pricing file needs to be updated. However, following the instruction for deleting the ems.dat does not work. It downloads another ems.dat file but I still get the same error.

Then I received a new private message after posting this problem but when I go to view the private message it says that private messaging has been disabaled on this board which is preventing me from reading my private message.

I have re-downloaded the software an re-installed it and still I get the same error message.

If you have holes made with Drill Press in your design please substitute it with holes done with another machine.
If it won't work please use Help | Troubleshooting to send your design for analysis.
We do not answer via private messages.

I removed all of the holes from my drawing and re-downloaded a new price file and I still get the same error.

Is there anything else I can do to fix this?

You have 2 holes in left view made with Drill Press. Please change them to Mill 3-Axis.
