I designed a set of parts from 1/4" aluminum. The set of four different parts are to be cut out and then bent to new shapes. All is well with the design and drawing so far.
For the last operation, I want to weld one of the pieces to another of the pieces from the same set, so I end up with three pieces total. Nothing at all tricky about the operation but I'm not sure how to specify this. Do I just draw and assign Weld#1 on the face of one part and Weld#1 on the edge of the other part and the fabricator will do it?

You folks are definitely one of the most valuable sites I ..."
