Can you bend tubing?

I need a part that would be fabricated as 1.25" diameter stainless tube, wall thickness about 1/32", approximately 9" long, bent in the middle to a deflection of 80 degrees at a radius of about 3".

It would also need a couple of holes drilled near one end.

Also, if you can make parts like this, how do I specify them in eMachineshop?

Yes, we recently added a tube bending machine. It's not modeled in the CAD currently but you can proceed this way:

1) Select the desired material.
2) Create a 2" cube as a place holder.
3) Draw and explain what you want using Comments To Machinist.
4) Submit the order
5) We will advise you of the price for your approval.

Notes:
* Tubing is ordered as needed.
* For lowest cost keep wall thickness more than 10% of diameter.
