I'm looking to replace my glass lense with a high quality plastic lense. Any tip for a beginner? I'd like to know what material is best or if it's feasable. I will be removing a glass fog lense cover off of a 2001 lexus gs400 and replacing it with clear plastic lense cover. It'll be my first time using autocad so any suggest or comment will be useful. TIA.

The oem glass lense is not clear and I want to put projectors in there. I'm looking for high quality replacement for these glass lense. Looking for no fading, clear, NOT fluted, and impact resistant replacement.

We can't do that kind of complex shape. We could do a flat polycarbonate plate that might be functional.

That sounds feasable too. It'll be functional.

Wait, you said it's not possible, how come you can make shapes like these?
