I had this problem at home on my laptop which has Vista. Here on this public computer which has XL I have no problem. The 3D file saved as a .bmp but when I opened it at home on my laptop where I created it, the .bmp was blank. Color count = 1 (white). I made a different drawing on this XP computer and it works fine.
Too bad the help screens are all online, I'm not online at home and have to travel to look for help.

To work-around please copy the 3D dialog using <Alt>+<Print Screen>, paste into any graphic software and save.
