Video gaming chair part

I'm missing the part from a video gaming chair. It's the part circled in the image attached.
The tube fits into a larger tube and is tightened by the twisty knob. Would it be expensive to have this part made?

It will probably be cheaper for you to get a replacement part for your seat than having a custom replacement part made. Come visit us again when you invent a new option for your seat that no one else has made yet!
