#4 Tap holes with simple tools

I'm trying to make some designs in 0.062 sheet aluminum that have #4-40 machine screw tapped holes in them. For some reason, "Drill Press" is not allowed in the software at all, and "Router" is too big a tool, with a minimum diameter of 0.125. I've looked at "Laser Cut" and "Water Jet," and both of them will do the job, but the lead time is almost two weeks longer than the router.

Is there another tool to use for small round holes?

We plan to reactivate the Drill in the next release. To work-around currently please use Comments to Machinist to specify tapped holes that should be drilled in your part. See Comments to Machinist.
