How to draw angled holes other than 90 degrees?

Alright so I'm really stumped. Is it possible to draw the hole and rotate it into the needed angle from a different view? I have a part that needs several holes drilled at different compound angles. Is this possible other than just adding a message to the machinist? I'm afraid the detail could be lost in translation in a message.
