Bender die

i am creating a small tube bender die and having trouble getting a convex slot along the outside edge. i tried revolve from a front view but i am having trouble with it lol. any help would be greatly appreciated.

i tried a few times but i cant get the revolve right. i can create a complete circle with the cut out section but when i cut out the area i dont need it leaves a bunch of little lines where i cut out only on the border

im having problems adding a revolve to a existing part.

could i just comment to the machinist to put a radius groove along outside edge?
