I'm designing a turbine blade.
it's essentailly a fan blade with a special profile on the blades.
I can't seem to figure out how to get the blade to meld into the cylinder correctly.

The best eMachineShop CAD can model is something like attached. To do what you probably want can be specified with Comments To Machinist but the cost would be dramatically higher for a small quantity. BTW - I changed your blade shape a bit to use splines which is much cleaner and reduces cost.

How did you modify the profile to use splines? I tried , but didn't figure it out (first design in this software).
I have a 3d design already done in another cad package that I've converted to stl and had a rapid prototype company make with 3d printing (FDM). So if this is the best it can do, I might just stick with that!
